TEEBTRADING LLC, doing business as Teeb Leads ("we", "us"), provides advertising and lead generation services to licensed insurance agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
From visitors to this website: information you choose to send us, such as your name, email and phone number when you contact us.
From people who respond to our clients' ads: when someone submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram for one of our agent clients, we may receive their name, phone number, email, state, date of birth, and answers to the form's questions. We process this information on behalf of the insurance agent who ran the ad.
From our agent clients: business contact details, licensing information and billing details needed to provide our services.
How we use information
To deliver lead form submissions to the licensed agent who ran the ad, so that agent can contact the person who asked to be contacted
To build, manage and improve advertising campaigns
To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
To comply with legal obligations
How we share information
Lead information is shared with the specific licensed agent or agency whose ad the person responded to.
We use service providers (for example, Meta Platforms, Google Workspace and customer relationship management software) that process information on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Calls and texts
People who submit a lead form agree, in that form, to be contacted by the named agent by call and text. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask the agent to stop calling.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing tyler@teebleads.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted services.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
